The Spa Director must live the product. Understand the philosophy of the company. Think as one with the Hotel Director, be a partner to the Finance and Marketing Directors.

What ever is said or implemented must be a uniformed voice from the management team

The main purpose of creating and implementing a policies and procedures manual for all Spas and wellness centres, is to communicate the way the organization should be operated. It promotes training and education, as well as efficiency, productivity, consistency, and quality.
